My company use NRG for all their relocation needs, including home search, physical relocation and settling in once relocated. Caroline, the agent that was assigned to me has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and I feel like I've barely had to lift a finger. She helped with sourcing an apartment, getting contracts signed, introducing me to a shipping company, getting me set up with a Personnummer and even bank accounts. She's always been prompt with replying to emails and stipulated if I needed any advice that I could just contact her. I appreciate every person's experience is different but I can't thank them enough for how much they've helped. I was definitely apprehensive about relocating to another country but with their help it's been relatively stress free!

NRG was hired by my company to help me relocate to Stockholm. I had a very good experience with them honestly. They offered me an initial tour of the city when I had my interview here, so even before I decided to move over. Carolina was very helpful, nice and friendly in my experience. I was able to find a flat that I like on the first round of visits. She also assisted me with getting a bank account setup, getting a Swedish personal number and ID. I also received information on how to register with a doctor, find a dentist etc. Even stuff like electricity and gas contracts were taken care of. She was always quick to answer my emails, and she always checked in before an appointment to make sure I have all the info. Definitely made my transition that much easier, considering how many things need to be sorted out when moving over to Sweden. I saw all the negative reviews here before moving over and was honestly a bit concerned, but I think people only post when they have something to complain about, so the negative stuff tends to surface more than the positive.

My business hired them to help me relocate to Sweden from the US. Although they were quick to reply, my agent Caroline seemed to forget daily that I wasn't from Sweden. She would continually make references to businesses or locations that only a Swede would know, and she was unable to explain even the most basic of things. She was absolutely useless. I ended up having to get answers from others or online in almost every situation. I found out that most of Caroline's suggestions were wrong or much more expensive. Eventually I couldn't take it anymore and requested to speak with Caroline's manager, and Caroline actually ignored my request outright. It was incredibly disrespectful and infuriating. So I called up NRG and spoke with a manager and explained how awful Caroline was. They immediately got me connected with a new agent, who has done everything right since then. I just wish I'd gotten another agent at the very beginning. In recap, if you get Caroline, immediately request someone else. She's disgustingly bad at her job.

I contacted NR to rent out my apartment in central Stockholm. After submitting my details with screenshots and a description nothing happened. I called them after two weeks, they implied the price was too high, I lowered it, they said they would \push\ the apartment internally. Another two weeks of silence follows, I call, they say they will \push\ it internally. After 45 days of me calling them I got fed up and listed the apartment publically at the original price. I had it rented out within a week. As of writing this, almost three months after the initial contact, I have heard nothing from NR. Stay away
