Not enough staff. When I was there, only two staff working (although one wasn't always serving) and many people waiting. They have take-a-number system, but last time I was there, they decided to start serving without taking numbers and not telling us who waited a long time already. I waited at least 30 minutes before being served and I only wanted to buy curtains already in package. People served before me hadn't waited nearly as long, but had luck because they waited nearby the counter. Not the first time I've had a problem there. When they were in the old location the staff refused to help me with the elevator (back around 2011) and I found the staff rude on previous occasions as well, so I hadn't gone back after that day until recently (May 2020). But that will be the last time. There are other shops that sell the same sort of things.
