Love this concept. The staff was however not manned to handle all customers the evening we visited. Great food but missed some choices I've eaten on other Pinchos.
The Pinchos concept is not new but many have never experienced the possibility of everything through a click on the mobile feeling that Pinchos gives. You choose what you want to order through an app and when the product is ready to eat or drink, you get a message in the app that you now could get up and get your order at a disk back in the resturant. So no serving staff just needed staff to get your dishes away. Funny, odd but easy to over buy your self. Well worth a visit for your bucket list. Folkungagatans Pinchos is cozy and the staff is professional.
There are quite a few hits on the menu. Been here several times, service has been everything from terrible to excellent. If you go at crowded times you could have to wait both for the table as well as a while before food is ready.
Great way to order with an app. No need to wait for your food. You get notified by the app. you can pay by the app. Great ambience. Delicious sangria, candy drinks and small tapas. adorable small cutlery. They even have power banks to charge your phones. I wish there more items on the menu so u have something to go back for
It was nice, fast, the service was nice, drinks where good. The vegan list was short and I was unsure what was vegan, vegetarian and not. Also I couldn't change the sauce to something vegan with the sweetpotato fries, in the app. Would like a Vegan option list and add-on/reduction or change option so vegans and people who dislike certain things, could choose to have it or not.
WARNING! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! App is always "right". Waited 20 minutes for drinks. Went to bring our food and only got tapas for one person, then about 20 minutes later when they were done eating and we still hadn't gotten the rest of our order we went and asked them where it was. They told us it'd already been picked up but after some convincing they finally checked the orders again and found the 10 missing tapas, that were cold now, and shoved them over the counter. Food didn't even match what we ordered, even though it was clearly written out in their own app. Asked about why for example the pulled chicken was dry and without soy or other ingredients and was told that that's how the dish should be and that the app is wrong. They wouldn't exchange it. And since they use an app for everything the staff isn't much help and won't even bring you basics like napkins or cutleries to the table, get that yourself. After finally getting our orders the time was quickly up. The tables are only bookable for two hours and even though we waited forever, got cold and the wrong food, we got told to hurry up and leave even though we still had half full drinks on the table. Horrible experience. Zero service. Bad food. Left feeling ill. Like an overpriced fast food restaurant, but slow.
Original food place where you eat small portions in a cirkus environment you could order a little burger or fish and sticks and much more. There is dessert and drinks to. You also order everything on your phone.
