One of the better Libraries of Stockholm. I mean they make it so accessible and easy to loan books and read. I love the system and have been able to save so much money because of it. I wish I could see what the environment is like when not in renovation. But I have heard it is a great place to study or read. I would recommend this or the kings library.

Huge place, huge selection, just the right library atmosphere- and so much to look at. Loved the place, a must-see even for tourists. Inspired me to buy a couple of books I found there later on. Toilets are paid (just wanted to say that, too).

You can enjoy the best services here. You can also get a quiet atmosphere for reading some books or reading the daily newspaper

Beautiful place yet lukewarm and questionable library staffs. The reading rooms are nice and quiet enough to concentrate. Although I love the atmosphere, I will not come back again because of the staffs. National Library in Humlegarden has better service and is equally beautiful.

This is a magnificient building with a large selection of books, but unfortunately it is not suitable for studying in... there is no large reading hall, indeed there are very few seats at all, the opening times are very short and readers have to pay to use the toilet facilities. Anyone who wishes to spend a day doing research is better going to one of the smaller public libraries which still have short hours but at least have a decent amount of desks and free toilets.

Amazing architecture in this Library in Stockholm. Remember to SEE the childrens rm into the legat all the way inn. Look up in the roof, and the sky with all the stars are painted there. Amazing for children and grown ups alike. This is a must see if you visit Stockholm.
