The flights were OK but in flight food not good at all. Dreamliner 787-8 in economy class had very little space between my belly and fully folded down table. And I don't consider myself fat! On the long flight from Bali to Doha lunch was served 5 PM Bali time, with breakfast at 10 AM this was quite a long time... Overall a good journey...

Flight was cancelled when I was in transit. Spent several days at an airport and with no help from the customer service. \Your call is important to us.\ rang false after I'd been waiting for over an hour on the phone.
Used to be my favourite airline company, not anymore. Making profits is their only mission, unwilling to make any compensations for missing flights due to train delayed. Also, failed to acknowledge us that they will cancel our entire bookings including our return flight when I called them regarding the missed flight. Thus, we only repurchased new tickets for one way and now we have to buy new one way tickets for returning. (DOUBLE COSTS!!!!) Their excuse to this was that we had not asked about the return when we called. Will never fly again with them and will never suggest Qatar Airways to family and friends.

Tried to change an existing booking due to a funeral! Was told No! Despite sending in death certiifice they still refuse to change the flight. Will NEVER USE QATAR AIRWAYS AGAIN! When you call you are placed on hold and waiting time is aprox 45minutes!
I have for years flown with QA both Business and Economy. The front line service is impeccable. New airplanes, very good staff, on time, best Business class in the world according to many travelers, outstanding terminals and lounges. But if anything goes wrong, the second line customer service is really bad. You don't get compensation, you don't get promised refunds for unused tickets. It takes weeks to get an answer and the answer is NO. Really deplorable is QA treatment of staff. Denying the employees basic human rights thru slave contracts. But the most atrocious action is Qatar's funding of terrorism. (the airlinethe countrythe Emir). Never again a Middle Eastern Airline.
