FREAKING SCAM on the app! After payment and without any warning messages, the ticket turned immediately valid and the countdown began. Purchasing tickets in advance is NOT recommended because you'll just pay the double price. Customer support was mean. What's more outrageous was that only after the first purchase, the warning message became available. JUST FOR RIPPING PPL OFF, SCAM FOR TOURISTS!!! INJUSTICE AND I'D LIKE TO HAVE A REFUND!

The transportation system was a lot better 100 years ago. Ticket machines suck. Customer service can’t help you at all. Price is too high compared to what they deliver. I wish I could give a broken star.

Buses are often late/absent, not very clean and drivers sometimes ignore those waiting and just pass the stop (forcing us to wait another 20-40 minutes). Unfortunately, no one will be held accountable for this mess.
