At first I would like to say the end result is good. Thank you Jaimie for helping. BUT!!!!! This was a gift for my nephew and he specifically wanted to go to little Mike. When we got to RR we had no appointment even though I had recieved a confirmation email. Jamie stepped in (Thank you!!!!) and the cut was super good. But it was not the experience I was looking for. I might come back to try one more time. The staff was super helpful. The atmosphere was nice. But I'm super disappointed. Please fix your booking systems.
Great service, got the Rusty Shebang and I'm very happy with it. They also serve coffee and according to their website it is great. It's the best coffee I've ever had.
