I did not even want to give 1 star for this review. This was by far the worst customer service i have ever experienced! I hardly ever write reviews and have never written a bad review for anywhere before but I really must say this was the worst shop I have ever visited in Stockholm! I entered the shop and left over an hour later so disappointed. There were only 2 people in the shop when i entered, one of whom was paying - which took the shop assistant 10 minutes to work out how to take the payment. Then the assistant spent 45 minutes with one customer, both of them on their phones and messing about. One man came in and skipped ahead of me in the queue, even though I was waiting patiently to be seen. I then asked about my watch, which needed 1 small screw to fix it, and she said that even though the Mockberg brand has a guarantee they would charge 100:- to fix it which I was shocked by and I have no idea where she got that price from, she probably made it up. The man working on the jewellery in the back fixed my watch within 2 minutes and then it took a further 20 minutes for the shop assistant to take my payment. I said to the woman that I couldn't believe I had been in the shop for an hour and she just said \people need their vacation\. For a jewellery store, trying to sell jewellery and watches I am shocked by how poor the customer service was. I have never waited in a shop like this for an hour - when there are so few customers in there and am VERY disappointed with the service. I will never return there and severely encourage no one else to.

På 12 minuter byttes batteri och storlek på armbandsur tre gånger, för ett schysst pris. Rekommenderat det till en annan redan. Engagerad person och värdigt bemötande.
Jag skulle hämta en ring som jag beställt. Kommer dit glad efter att ha fått sms om att den är klar. Hon plockar fram den. Men sen kan jag inte få den för jag har inte med kvittot på handpenningen! Stog inget i smset. De sa inget när jag beställde. Varför tar de ens handpenning? Vad är det som skall hända om jag inte visar kvittot? De hade ändå ett tydligt papper själva där det stod hur mycket jag betalade i handpenning. Kass upplevelse. Jag avråder.
