Was there yesterday I chose a new room to solarium “NEW PIPES” said on the app description - but after using it for 20 minutes (with price raising) I still have no color whatsoever. The machines time jumps from 10 to 15 to 20 they’re cheating with time! Absurd

The pipes were old when I used the solarium, sat there for 20 min and I haven’t got the effect that I used to with the same time frame. Called the owner to reclaim the money they referred me to sit for a longer period if the pipes are old. Haven’t got a refund nor solarium time I stead. Bare in mind that I use their solarium once a month on a regular basis. They didn’t seem to care. UPDATE: went there yesterday sat in the new machine with new pipes - guess what - haven’t got any color what so ever! When I was done I wanted to use the bathroom I messaged the owner but he didn’t answer me! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE! 0 starts if you ask me.
I have visited several solariums in town and this is the best. The quality and the price ratio is really good. I also like that there is information up when the lamps were changed.

Gått hit i flera år, även på deras andra ställe på Södermalm. Alltid fräscht, bättre rör än genomsnittet för ok pris. Enda jag saknar är ett stående solarium som det finns på Södermalm.

Tja Det är ju nått fel på eran dörr! Ja var där innan 20 och dörren var låst, när ni egentligen stänger 22!? Vad är detta!! Dålig service från mitt håll!
