Buyer beware. There’s a reason they don’t publish a single phone number anywhere. They double-charged my credit card for months and keep insisting I had a subscription to two locations. Funnily enough, there are no confirmation emails or nothing else corroborating adding a second location. Customer ”support” is only by email, meaning there is no possibility to speak to anyone. Every response is just them insisting that we had subscribed to two locations with zero proof. Me: I never subscribed to two locations Customer support: you had two locations Me: no, I didn’t, I only subscribed to one CS: you had two locations Me: why is there no record of adding another location? CS: you had two locations Ad infinitum

WARNING: FREE TRIAL IS NOT FREE. We signed up for the trial and were immediately charged for a month of usage. When we requested a refund and directly asked twice as to why we were charged for this, the support personnel completely avoided answering the question. They also had a limited selection of music, none of which suited our brand. Hoping Spotify for Business comes to Canada sooner than later!
