Absolutely the worst customer service of my life. I ordered a bed on the 30th of April. It was scheduled for delivery 6-8 weeks later. 8 weeks roll by and when I call to ask them where my bed is, they say they have 'lost it'. It is hard to imagine how one can lose such a large object, so my heartfelt congratulations on managing that! They said they would order another one and gave me another delivery date. Two days before this assigned date, I get a phone call to tell me it will arrive tomorrow. An hour later I get a call telling me this is no longer the case because a 'piece is missing'. I am really at a loss for words -- how have you managed to mess up AGAIN!? They tell me that they will find the missing piece and deliver it the week after. Let's see (I am doubtful). But in any case, it's 15 weeks after the original order date and they have messed up twice and have offered nothing as compensation. Absolute disgrace. 10/10 for incompetence.

Had an awful experience at the SOVA's store located at Stockholm - Sveavägen. Went to buy a pillow, got a really nice (bit expensive but really good quality) and the sales person was nice. When I bought it, they told me that I could go home, open it, try it and then return it for a more firm one if I was not convinced. Literally less than 24 hours later, I came back to the same store to return it, the previous sales person was not there and the one it was there said to me that I could not return it because I open it. I tried to explain the situation and what the previous sales person said to me the day before, but he started to blame on me because I should have tried it in the store before and I should speak Swedish (because in the ticket in it says, in Swedish, no returns allowed if you open it at home). As I do not speak Swedish I was trusting the first sales person but this person did not mention this to me, which is completely contradictory. I would not have bought a pillow if somebody would have confirmed that no returns were permitted if I open and try the pillow. To make it clear, what I mean by \try the pillow\ is literally open the pillow bag and use it for 10 seconds.

Extremt dålig kundhantering i samband med en reklamation - jag uppfattade att expediten visade noll intresse att leverera det jag beställt och betalt för... hon tycker säkert att hon har löst problemet. Det blir den sista gången jag bidrar till deras omsättning.
