Lovely staff, really knowledge & so experienced with Stockholm & the islands. We probably went to ask them questions 3 times in the 4 days we were there & they were brilliant & recommended 2 boat trips which were both wonderful. Thank you

Under the bridges tour Terrible customer experience. They have another boat but used the wrong one in the system. Far from everyone fit the tour and it was first come first served regardless of wheb you booked. We could chose from refund or rebooking. Of course we still want to do the tour but they can't give any kind of compensation like food or drinks. I was only given \thats another department\. This is not how you treat paying customers when you charge this price. If you messed up you compensate in one way or another. Well on the boat they have a great guided tour but the headphones are terrible and super cheap. I had to switch 4 times before finding something that worked without holding the plug. It's standard 3.5mm though so you can bring your own. Really recommend that! I recommend you to refund this trip instead if you have any complications as it's far from ideal. If everything goes according to plan it's very nice but it's not ran in a professional way!

Wij hebben de winter tour gedaan. Doordat het eind december was, hebben we de tour aan het eind van de middag in het donker gedaan. De boottocht is op zich best aardig. Aangezien wij al een paar dagen in de stad waren, hadden we veel al gezien wat weer terugkwam in de boottocht. De gids sprak goed Engels en vertelde leuke weetjes. De boottocht doen als je nog niet zo lang in de stad bent is denk ik leuker.
