Person working there didn’t have a slightest competency in her job. She sold more of the foreign currency they had in the storage, the other foreign currency she sold an amount they did not have an even cash amount to give. She noticed the problem after the transaction was already paid with a credit card so she had to make a long call to their main office about how to solve the situation. Finally after about 20 minutes of waiting they decided to give the over paid amount back in SEK cash. Their exchange rates are better though than at the competitor next to.

They say that there's no charge in changing money but consider that their exchange rate is 7% higher than what Google says. (Switched sek to Chinese yuan). But if you keep the receipt and you want to switch back to the original currency after your trip they told me there's no fee. Nice staff though!
