I've been deeply shocked by the kind of living conditions Studentstaden offers. I've been lucky before where I stayed in a wonderful apartment they offered me. This time around, I've been offered a place which is filled with mold, with weird tasting drinking water (yes, they know) and with heating which didn't work for a month during the autumn (studentbostaden offered NO alternative even when I asked them for a small portable heater while they were trying to fix the heating but they refused to provide). I'm appalled and shocked.

Terrible renting business. The rudest and most unprofessional staff who works there. Don't rent apartments from them. You will regret it after you have to deal with their incompetence, unprofessionality and rudeness. PLUS: All their apartments are cold as ice during the winter so you have to wear winter jackets, pants and gloves INSIDE your apartment. And when you ask them to come and fix the cold they just blame You that it's your fault that it's cold in your apartment. Disgusting behavior from them. And when you pay the rent they can a few days later send you a bill saying that you haven't paid in time even if you have. So they fraud you your money. They are fraudsters and can not be trusted

Irriterande hemsida. Väldigt långsam och fungerar ofta inte att slutföra saker, som att boka tvättid till exempel, eller att göra en felanmälan. Inträffar nästan alltid något fel.... Annars bra och de kommer snabbt och fixar när något är fel (tex ugn eller liknande)
Helt värdelösa har åkt tvärs över Uppsala till deras huvudkontor på grund att jag behöver hjälp och så har de stängt. Ringer man får man ingen tillgänglig handläggare. Det finns inte någon på plats vid flogstavägen heller. Vad är ni ens till för ?
Efter lite trix med att få upp dörren gick det utmärkt att komma in till studentstadens kontor. Köpte parkeringsbiljett här för några månader vilket är lysande om du ännu inte fått en parkeringsplats.
Hej Studentstaden. Roffe, vår vaktmästare är den bästa i hela världen. Ni borde ge honom en befordran och/eller löneförhöjning!
