Exceptional service. Professional and friendly staff in the reception and restaurant. We arrived a bit late for the dinner but the staff made it work. Amazing dinner and great breakfast buffet. The rooms are big and comfortable, possibly a bit dated but do not feel dirty or run down at all. The spa was very nice with a variety of options from regular pool, jacuzzi, sauna and an outdoor heated pool. All very clean and nice. Covid-19 restrictions are taken seriously and are well adhered to here. You will feel safe.

Selma do a good job. Nice rooms. Well planned SPA. The Bistro can do better, lack of healthy alternatives. Close Cross Country Skiing is fab. Good breakfast. Nice open air feeling in main area.
Fantastic rooms, clean, comfy and with a stunning view. The outdoor pool and lounge area is great and very relaxing. The food isn't great, but then again, it rarely is in places like this. The staff is very friendly and attentive and the bar has all you want for a post-relaxing day. Highly recommend a weekend here, and to visit the surrounding areas- the nature is amazing.
I had a nice time during my stay although the spa is not that updated. At least the restaurant was more than satisfactory. Our room had a fantastic view of the lake.
What could have been a nice stay for a conference was efficiently ruined by ignorant staff in reception. With check out requiered at 10 am for conference guest it was yet again proven that the venue is production centric and setting customer focus in the second row. Bar service extremely slow and one girl working alone. Not again
Great spa experience with lots of activities, massage-options, pools, saunas and a great food experience. We booked a package called "höstmys" and it came with a very nice room, 3-course dinner, access to the spa for entire trip and a massive breakfast buffet. My wife was very happy and we had a great time. And the hot outside pools was a very nice addition!
Very nice place we booked for a night in the weekend. Spa facilities OK, sometimes crowded. Very nice restaurant and excellent rooms. The area around the hotel is nice for a walk - many well-lit paths.
