Booking on line didn’t go through so I tried to call. No answer. But I didn’t give up, I went to the shop in person and talk to the staff. They kindly took my name and telephone number to book three paddling for the next day. I show up the next day to find out that everything is fully booked! You tell me , is this professional?

After purchasing a product from this store I found out the product description in the website didn’t correspond to the product I got delivered. Upon contacting the CEO of the company I received the worse possible customer service I’ve ever experienced. The owner/CEO was rude when communicating over the phone and didn’t bother to understand my point of view. After spending about an hour on the phone to get my point across he still had no empathy whatsoever. In my opinion, retail stores are dying. The ones that will remain will do so because of customer service. Goes without saying this one won’t live for much long. - RESPONSE TO OWNER - Thanks for responding. You sound way nicer in the internet than you do over the phone. No, my opinion won’t change about your Company just because you offer me a tiny discount as an excuse. Over the phone you made it clear your margin on the product is 25% which means you’re already doing a break even on the sale with your goodwill discount. Nah, you messed up and this review is my way of making sure you get to feel the consequences. Consumer power. Float on.

Härlig tur med SUP igår, lugn och pedagogisk instruktör som lyssnade in vad gruppen ville göra, vilken nivå vi var på och kom med förslag på hur tiden kunde spenderas på ett bra sätt. Vi var flera nybörjare som alla kände oss trygga oc tydligt vägledda. Kan rekommenderas varmt, jag kommer gärna tillbaka. Det är en härligt upplevelse att se Stockholm från vattensidan.
