A bit disappointing... i waited for the bus for 30 min and no sight of it so we have to call the office and they didn’t know what happened and why the bus was delayed. So we waited for another 10 min, got a call from the office and said the bus was struck in traffic!!! It is okay but at least can you inform customers beforehand !!!! Really bad communication.
