The beer section could be much better given how big the store is. It's recently improved with the addition of one extra shelf of interesting beers, but that is off on its own in the wine section and is so small that anything nice just sells out. For a good variety it's worth going to the one in Hansa, it's much better. The staff are mostly friendly though, and they're good at not letting the queues get too long.

Sweeds know this, but for foreigners if you want to buy alcohol strong than piss water then I would recommend this shop. Mainly because the alternatives are a trip abroad or illegal brewing and distilling. They have a reasonable selection in the shop but the secret is to reorder on their website. If you have to visit everyday because of the quantity you drink then I recommend rotating the visits to different outlets to avoid the condescending looks you get on your third visit on the same day

Best and only place to buy alcohol in Sweden.

The staff is very helpful. They are happy and knowledgeable enough to help you with pairing beer/wine/other drink with whatever food you're having. The selection could be to be improved, but they are open to suggestions, which is pretty nice.

Knowledge is power and the men and women in the store possess this power. They are therefore kings and queens.
