Still a 5/5 and the best place to eat and drink.
Had the pleasure of dining last weekend and had a wonderful evening, the food and service were impeccable. Particular praise to our waiter, she was excellent. Have the gin and tonic.
I had really high hope going to Frö, the food and service was above and beyond those expectations. I am vegetarian and the food choices where impeccable. I believe this is one of the best food experiences I have had. I am quite used to going to high end restaurants and this was nothing but fine dining, in a relaxed and fairly casual setting. I would recommend this to anyone, but if you have a fine palette then I couldn't recommend this enough.

Hade höga förhoppningar på att en restaurang i Sälen äntligen skulle leverera smaker bortom de annars så stereotypt familjesäkrade menyerna. Blev tyvärr besviken. Visst - den avslutande mellanrätten baserad på ren-entrecote var helt ok, likaså kakan till kaffet. Dock inget mer än förväntad standard. De övriga rätterna var både fantasilöst komponerade och lamt smaksatta. Vad skulle ex snacksen med av misstag (förhoppningsvis) delvis frusna ingredienser eller morotsrätten enbart dränkt i smörsmak ha för funktion på menyn? Vinet var helt ok och servicen trevlig. Med tanke på summan däremot så är maten långt ifrån den nivå som utlovats. Jättesynd!
