Its very good place to go with family . 2 Olympic swimming pools. One smaller for young children's and one small aqua park. Gym.

I as many other woman have our swim training in this arena. The leadership or the personnel does not have any customer focus. Whenever the last session, whether you swim or train at the gym, and it ends at 21:00 you have 30 minutes to get ready to leave the premises at 21:30. It means often about 15 minutes or some more in the shower depending on how many shares the showers at the time. Then you need to get dressed, but as yesterday, and it is not a onetime occurrence, the personnel in the ladies locker room had already rinsed the floor and benches just about 21:00. Where are we supposed to sit down and get dressed? At one time I got out in my underwear to the dry area outside the reception and got dressed. I cannot stand on one leg and try to get my pants on without having them soaked in the water on the floor or on the bench where I cannot sit. And I'm quite flexible in my body but not all are. Normally we are ready with showering at 21:15 and then we need to get dressed. in a dry area. And if we manage to put our clothes on we need to bring socks and shoes with bags and sit down crowded on the bench outside the reception to put the rest on. The leadership needs to take action either with better planning for the personnel or the personnel has the time but are in a hurry home. Refill of toilet paper often fails and the cleanness in the showers. This has been brought up with the personnel, but it only works for one or two weeks....... I have only seen the gym, not exercised there, and it looks nice, but the rest of the arena is in no good condition, they finally changed some of the showers in the ladies locker rooms but they are not working properly. The sauna is often less than medium warm and after many years they fixed the protection around the sauna element.

Since they are kind of a monopoly in Södertälje, maintenance is under medium standards, water is kind of soggy but swimmable. Hallway through 50m pool to adventure pool is kind of cold and slippery. Water is warm, no complaints about that.

Really like this place. Gym is very well equipped and quite big, staff is friendly and swimming pools and Jacuzzis are awesome.

Expensive parking fee and entry fee for the pool. Very shabby, lots of molds on the stairs to the slides. The restaurant was closed. The only fun was the waves and the temperature in the aventursbad.
