Best sea food restaurant in Stockholm. Located in the south part in Södertälje. The restaurant offers you a real middle eastern experience with imported fish right from Mediterranean seas. I suggest for all those seeking that lost experience from home country and new different taste than the regular in city

We ordered the tabbouleh, a whole fried fish, and a whole grilled fish. I think the person who took our order was the owner of the restaurant. He was extremely helpful because we had such limited knowledge about a lot of the items on the menu. I ordered the fried fish and my boyfriend tried to order one of the rice dishes, which I think is intended to be a side dish because the owner tried offering to switch out the pommes that come with my fish for the rice. So instead, my boyfriend tried to order the baked fish, but the owner said that it takes a long time to cook (about 50 minutes if I remember correctly). The owner offered to give us a grilled fish instead which I'm not sure is actually on the menu, so we just went with his suggestion. I was a bit apprehensive because the owner wasn't really taking our order as we originally wanted, but I think he was trying to be helpful because we didn't look like his normal customers (an Asian American and an English-speaking Swede). But the food was amazing and we absolutely demolished our plates. One of the servers even offered to get me gloves because of how I was digging into the fried fish with my hands! Aside from the fish plates and tabbouleh, they also gave us iced almonds to snack on and some really good hummus while waiting for our food. I suppose there wasnt really much of an atmosphere (possibly Syrian music from YouTube, some kids running around, and one of the other customers was singing something from his home country which may have also been Syria REALLY loudly), but that's completely fine with me because the food was great. Also, I think the owner prefers speaking English rather than Swedish, just as a heads up.
