I have a very bad experience,a mobile phone salesman cheated on me because I don't understand Swedish. He told me that phone insurance is free,he charged me ,he saw that I didn't know what was written on the bill .when I asked him\whether the insurance is free\he answered me \yes 1 year\and I paid for something I didn't want.

Staff took ages to help, they didn't have 4 of the phones that were on display, when I eventually bought a phone we had to wait for a while until they open the product pickup door to finally get our phone
