Absolutely loved staying there!!!

If you accidentally book a room, they will take all the money, even if you recognise you've clearly made a mistake and the booking itself was on only for 6 minutes (from confirmation email to cancellation email). They are greedy, inflexible and unfair. Luckily the rest of the Swedish people are very different from the hotel's manager, so enjoy this amazing country, but avoid this hotel and its management's despicable mentality.
