Worst service ever. Waited 20min to pick up an order, and not a single increase in the queue number system. Cancelled my order, never coming to this ridiculous place.

Full of people window shopping during COVID time
Third time visiting. First time I bought a laptop that they didn't have on stock but promised following day. Didn't arrive u till following week. I showed up and they said they didn't have it. I complained there and then, and it turned out it was there, far back in the warehouse. Second time i needed a new charger for the laptop. They didn't have the one they showed they had online, so I upgraded to a more expensive one. That was 5 months ago. The third time, the specific more expensive charger is faulty, so i went to get it replaced. They dont ha e it in stock, and sent me to the next store and made sure one was put aside. An hour later I get a text saying that store doesn't have it either. I'm now currently on the phone,m with them, and so Täby, bromma, Länna, and Barkarby doesn't have it even though it says so online. The only reason they get two stars is for the lovely girls I've been dealing with.
