I've had the pleasure of staying at the Residence for 4 nights and I loved it. The owners are very professional and are experts in what they do. The chef makes amazing food and they have taken the effort to invest in real coffee too. Inside it looks like a modernist art gallery, while still maintaining that "homely" feel. The surroundings are what you expect of the Swedish countryside. Forests with streams, creeks and lakes. Dears and boars aplenty. So, if you want star-worthy food in an amazing surroundings.... Go to the Taste Celebration Residence.
