I tried to return an unopened tuner, but was told that the store has a strict 7 day return policy, despite the fact that the website says it's 14 days. They said there was nothing they could do. When a store is that rigid over a few crowns, it makes me wary of what they would do with larger purchases. I will obviously not be returning, and would suggest the same to anyone.
