Bought a bike trailer here for my son, the staff were really helpful and set everything up for me. I would give them 5 stars but sadly I found the same trailer in another store for 20% cheaper than I had paid about 2 weeks after I bought mine. But maybe I should blame capitalism more than Thule though. Still a great experience overall!
