Easy to reach by public transport. Waiting area provided. Possible to use toilets. There is a coffee nearby. Area is clean and well ventilated. The time when you are actually called to leave your data might not be exactly as in the programmed appointment, maybe 20 minutes later.

The visit to TLScontact was very good and friendly. At first I thought like things will be hard because the recent changes in submission of supporting documents. But I discovered that it was pretty easy.

Second time there. Staff polite and friendly. Quick process. Glad that we can now upload supporting documentation. Makes the entire process easier. The should mention on the site that there is no need to bring original copies or photocopies of the uploaded documents-just so we know and don’t do it just in case - like I did
