Torpedverkstan is beautifully located on Skeppsholmen by the water and have seatings outside and inside. The menu has a limited number of dishes. Only Swedish menu available. We had oysters as starters and they were great! We noted that the house hummus is in the varmrätter (hot course) section, which seems odd. As we were hungry we asked what to order and the waitress proposed the stor (big) tacos with 2 choices of brisket/crispy fish/sweet potato. The dish came with four tortilla bread of about 6-7cm in diameter, 2 small pieces of crispy fish, a small cup of sweet potato. It was much smaller than expected. We were still hungry after finishing it. In short, Torpedverkstan is a place to be enjoyed with an in-between-meals dish and drink to enjoy the setting.

Nice location and good typical Swedish food, prices are on the average for Stockholm but the building is real cozy and fine set.
Researched concept but food arrives ALWAYS with fatty rich sauces (aioli, chilli mayo, avocadomayo, anchoiade). However great location on Skeppsholmen with nice view. You can get there by boat from Slussen. You have the possibility to charge your phone (although the gratuity charges you 5 SEK anyways). A bit expensive in all even if you don't go for drinks.
I wholeheartedly recommend this place. The food was colourful, wholesome and classy - it is exciting here. Complimentary bread is very good. The view one gets of the harbour is gorgeous. Service was first class. And the history of the building is fascinating. Such a wonderful birthday treat.
What an excellent choice! Swedish-Mexican fusion with great quality products and incredible tastes! Also excellent cocktails and amazing coconut ice-cream for desert! Beautiful place, warm atmosphere and nice and familiar service! Very strongly recommended
