I have very bad experience with them. They don’t respect customers. I’ve been a client for over two years. Never been sick before so I had no chance to test their service. Recently, after I left a hospital and done an operation, I asked them for my rights, provided all documents they needed, spent a lot of time on phone explain what I have been through and answer their detailed questions. However, not got my right and they treated me very badly with unprofessional way to prove at they are the worst insurance company I have ever seen in Sweden. I don’t recommend anyone to spend any money with them because you will get nothing comparing of what they promised and you signed for, besides that you will feel more sick and tired to get your rights and that’s what happened to me so far.
Unfortunately recieved 2 weeks free car insurance from them when buying a new car. Inbrott, wheels and steering wheel stolen, refuse to replace the steering wheel. Wheels worth over 20000 they think 8400kr is acceptable to replace them, 1500 självrisk. Worst service I've experienced. Slow to answer any mail, longest phone queue to reach any person. Strongly advise to avoid Trygg Hansa. Folksam has been very helpful and fast.
I used to have Trygg Hansa in the past but they never responded to my emails. When I called them it took a long time in the queue and the opening hours were limited. I felt like there was bad service, slow correspondence and I didn't feel safe having it as an insurance. To be honest, I didn't really bother that much back then but I do now that I have a different insurance that works faster and more efficiently.
Their telephone sales people relentlessly keep calling and calling. The insurance service have been ok but with the excessive sales calls it draws down the reputation seriously.
They have the worst queue time of all major insurance companies in Sweden. I was waiting 1h to get in line. What is funny they were saying that my position in queue is number 1 for half an hour. Also they hang up two times after I have waited for 30 min both times, witt the reason they dont have any operators at the moment available. Really slow and incompetent practice.
I want to close my insurance because I will move out of Sweden. What an impossible task. I tried to call them several times, but after loooong waits I never get to talk to anyone. My favourite is when you use the \English language\ option. They place you in the queu, you wait, you wait... Then you become number one in the queue! And then a voice says something in Swedish (to rub it in your face, you powerless nobody who wanted English), tells you that they are busy and to try again later. Then hangs up the phone. They were not busy until you reach position number one. So nice. I also sent emails saying that I cannot manage to contact anyone on the phone, I am stuck in their eternal queues. I want to cancel my insurance. Their reply? \Please call our customer service\. I honestly don't know what to do. I am afraid that I will be forced to keep this insurance for way longer than I had planned, and even if I don't live in Sweden anymore. This is ridiculous.
