One of the best burger I ever ate. Smokey bacon is surely the top seller. Burger meat is always juicy and full of flavour! Homemade and sweet potatoe fries are super crispy and goes well with truffle mayo! I am coming back customer, however sometimes lunch special comes with different size of fries and sometimes burger with cheese misses cheese. Highly recommend!

Not bad, but not that good either. The beef burger was slightly overdone, not terrible, but it was starting to get that grainy texture. I was expecting better. Coleslaw looked good, but tasted bland. The mozzarella sticks were just like the ones from the supermarket freezer and the fries were similarly uninspiring. The chicken burger was good; juicy and flavorful. So too were the sweet potato fries but I'd hardly call it a generous portion. On the first visit we were bluntly told the kitchen was closed for an hour, no apologies and no explanation. Second time round the staff were very friendly; patient and good humoured while I struggled to remember the whole order and helpful in choosing dips and beer from the really quite good selection. Food arrived in good time, though it did take a while for them to clear the previous customers stuff after we'd sat down. I'm glad I gave it a go, but I won't be rushing back. Might have just about made 4 stars if it wasn't for our experience on the first visit.
Tugg burgers are in my top 5 burgers of all time. There are a great many options to choose from - each with great toppings on top of the perfectly cooked meats. The sides are always a great addition and the milkshakes also made for a fun and delicious drink! Thank you for the great food and memories, I will be back here asap!

Used to love ordering from Tugg, but I feel like the quality has gotten worse over time. Things missing (like extra toppings), inconsistent dip and milkshakes. At least the milkshake is back on the delivery menu. Food often being coldish when delivered as well but this might more be foodora than Tugg.
Pleasently surprised.Tasty juicy burgers with crispy fries. Friendly,happy staff and good taste in music coming from the kitchen. Will definitely come back again.
