In the first week of our Vacation in Scandinavia the “Battery Symbol” on the dashboard of our Campingcar showed up. We drove to Tyrilux and asked for Help on a broke Generator as we thought. 1,5 hours later we got the information that the Mechanic has now taken out the Generator and it’s broken. But not only that, also the Battery is dead now and the connecting cables are “melted”. It would cost us around 1.000/10.000SEK to fix it he said. We decided to let them build it back to the way it was when we came by, thinking that I will fix this myself since this is not too difficult anyways. 15minutes later we had our Campingcar back, with the information that the Generator works still a little bit but is for sure gonna break soon. All that happened on the 20th of May 2019. We drove all the way to the North Cape of Norway and back Home to Austria (more than 10.000km) and everything still works just fine. So for us there are two questions now: Why do you try to fool “helpless” people who come to you needing Help just for making more money? If it takes 1,5 hours to take a Generator out, how can you put it back in in only 15 minutes charging us 1789SEK? At the end of the Day it was just a loose or damaged Contact on the Generator. Utmärkt service,trevlig personal som vet vad dom sysslar med. Hade bekymmer med min chevrolet alero 01,låsdosan tappade kontakten med bilen och då kunde bilen ej startas pga startspärr. Dom fixade det snabbt och lätt rekommenderar denna firman
Lämnade in min MB SL för att åtgärda centrallås samt givare till cab funktionen. Fick det åtgärdat men centrallåset slutade funka efter en dag. Blev lovad återbetalning av 3500kr. 2 år senare har inga pengar dykt upp. Xtd399
