The castle was quite nice and the gardens was nice to walk in. However, the supposed trails in the nature reserve which the castle is situated in was very poorly marked, and once found they were completely overgrown. A disappointing experience for a place that held so much promise.

A well preserved castle in pretty surroundings. Information plaques for the history interested. Lovely walks among the grounds and look out points out to sea. Perfect for picnics or romantic walks.
Nice environment and bring your fishing rod as you are allowed to fish in the lake and there is a ton of fat fish
Great place! Free parking! Free entrance to \Älskas Ätas\ \Love Eat\ exhibition about animals as pets and as food, past and presents, gives you a lot to ponder... There's lots of places for picknic and you can also eat in the restaurant and get coffee in the gift shop. My four kids spend 3 hours and still wanted more Really recomend this place.

One of the beautiful slotts or castles in Sweden. Worth visiting if you are in Sweden. Nice parks, clean, guest house to sleep, cafes.
Nice and beautifully located little palace
Very pleasant area to visit. Great coffee and restaurant which normally serves dinner. The lunches are very nice with local meat and ingredients. Unfortunately we couldn't enter the grand manor, don't k is why it wasn't open for visits. The garden and guest house with the restaurant/café is great!
