It took more than 3 weeks until actually checking the car; still not sure what's the problem, no indication on when would they actually fix it; very difficult to reach to, the staff seems to be always busy with something else than communicating with the clients. Or repairing the cars for that matter; two e-mails- no reply, lots of phone calls out there- nobody to pick up. Tuesday was told that \by the end of the week\ will know something from the boss. Last time, that meant 2 weeks.

Left the car for service and brake-chocks shifting on the rear-wheels. After a while I got a call regarding the brake-discs that was not mentioned on the annual inspection earlier this year. However I decided to shift the rear discs. Also the wiper-blades was commented by Bilia. Getting the car back everything works but the diesel heater. My take away is. Just check something that is of any value for me, not just the items that you can make an easy profit on.

Dåligt bemötande av mekaniker, kände lite som att de tyckte det va jobbigt att man var där. Ingen vill anstränga sig för att lyssna på min problem. De hittade på pris och sa att man måste boka tid. Sen åkte jag till Bilia Haga norra och fick hjälp direkt och priset blev nästan gratis. Fick köpa nya hjulmuttrar och de tog bort gamla i det priset. Bilia Täby vill lika mycket för en hjul/en bult. Det Skulle kosta mig 4 gånger dyrare och man få tid om 2 veckor. Det var andra gånger att jag blev besviken på de. Det hände liknande med firma bil i somras, ingen vill hjälpa mig på plats för tidsbokning. De hänvisade till webben istället. Jag åkte till Solna och fick hjälp på plats och tid dag efter. Aldrig kommer åka dit igen och kommer inte rekommendera mina jobb kollegor att serva jobbbilar hos de.. Det känns tråkig att man behöver åka till Solna och bor 3 km från Bilia Täby.
