This is a place that does not have consistency in its identity. One moment they are clueless, defensive, send your knocking Harley home on the note- there were no fault codes- its a Harley, its supposed to knock. The next time they identify the misaligned part and confirm that there is an issue. One moment you feel like it was the worst shop ever and the next time they take care of you. Don't trust that.
