We have recently leased a van from the VW dealership in Täby. I received a link to your questionnaire, but unfortunately did not get round to completing it in time. I just wanted to say what a great experience the whole thing was and that Claudio who we dealt with was perfect throughout. He made the whole process really straightforwards for us which was a joy. It was really great he could help us so much as we have just moved to Sweden in May and were finding the process a little daunting before chatting things through with him. I'd definitely recommend the Täby dealership to anyone following this experience.

Mixed feelings. On the one hand they always provided good standard of work on our Golf GTD and California camper van but not so good at calling you to keep you updated on progress when car is there for more than one day. Staff are friendly and helpful when your there but seem to forget about when you leave.

Dont buy car here and dont trust this people! You sell me rusty car for 250 000 sek and now tell me paintjob make other company not VW, when I come buy car you tell me VW will fix that smoll scratch.. So after 2 year my VW CC is rusty.. MLG198 you know what I speak!

If you could only rate a zero here... I left my car here for repair of the transmission on the 26th of June. For a few days I didn’t hear from them so I called the shop and for some reason they had the wrong number to me. I asked them to change my number to my current one and also if there are any loaner cars available. No one was available. I received word that a new transmission had to be ordered and that it would take a few days for it to arrive and be changed. So I waited a few days and once again I didn’t hear anything. I called them up and once again they had the wrong number. Asked them to change it once more. This kind of “back and forth” calls was repeated by me since they could not get my new number right and did not get back to me. I call this bad service! Took them four tries to get my numbers right. After three weeks of repair they called me up to let me know that they received error codes from the engine when pairing with the new gearbox and that they needed expert help from Volkswagen in Germany that took two days to hear from. More wait... Finally they got back to me to let me know that the new parts of the engine had to be ordered and replaced. It has of today, Monday the 23rd of July, taken 28 days of repair and still they had no loaner car available. Even spoke to the higher chain of command but only received a mumbled something about that they “understood the situation” and wished that if they could “do magic” they would. Talk about zero service mindset. Even the demo cars they could not lend out. I mean come on!!! The replacement part for the engine is yet to arrive this Wednesday and hopefully my car will be ready this Friday after 32 days of repairing. I will never buy a Volkswagen again and certainly not leave my car for repair here ever again.
