Once they sell the product,the good side finished. Store is doing ultimate bad job in service help . Once they find out that product is not good after sale they doesn't help. For me I bought a laptop from them in 2018 cost 9000kr . Laptop was no good from starting. It started to show trouble 6-8 months after I bought it. i send it to repair . It was in repair more than 3 times and it stayed in service more than 4 months. I had same issue over and over. Every time I send laptop for same issue they changed different parts. But my issue remained there , not solved. Now they say that laptop had different issues. No it had same issue every time . Every time I went there for repair they said they can give me a new laptop . since my laptop had same issue over and over but today they informed me that they can't do anything . They change their word, take no responsibility for action , sales person lie to make people buy their products. Ultimate worse experience ever . I learned life lesson not to go to this store ever in life .

They have online shopping as well. You can have a chance to buy 2nd hand refurbished things with relatively good price
