I'm sorry to be writing this, but after reading the past few reviews before me, I felt that it was necessary so that other artists and designers don't fall into the same problem. Same as the several past reviewers, I too received an email from Peter, the founder, saying that he likes my style. My Instagram account has not been active for almost a year, so the fact he reached out at all was already surprising, but his email seemed friendly. He sent me a code to sign up for a "free trial shirt". We only have to pay 5 Euros for international shipping, which I thought was fair. HOWEVER. As it turns out, when you pay the 5 shipping fee, you become a member for a 35 Euro MONTHLY subscription automatically. In Indonesian rupiah, this is A LOT of money to pay per month. PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS CAREFULLY. Unfortunately, I didn't , and T-Post has been trying to charge my card. There is no option in the member area to delete a card on file. Also, the terms state that to cancel a subscription, one has to email them with a Client number. NOTE: There is NO Client number when you search your account info or settings. Perhaps it is the personal code for the first free shirt. Also, when you cancel a subscription, you have to pay for TWO more shirts so a total of 70 Euros because this is a small company that needs to forecast its earnings and expenses as explained in the FAQ... so yes, BE CAREFUL They have shipped the free shirt through Asendia, and I have received the tracking number, and it is still on it's way. Hopefully it arrives... But I see that I am one of the fortunate ones considering some previous reviewers' situation where the shirt did not arrive and there were no news of the shirt coming.
Been a subscriber for 2 years now and love the quality of shirts and reading.
They send an email saying that they wanted to give me a T-shirt and I have to pay only for shipping (5 euro). Not too expensive but it feels bad when you got fooled. Of course, nobody sent the T shirt and they always promise to send it every day. Stay away from this "brand"!
I run a VERY small (and highly inactive) design account. I second what Filip P said. Peter (the 'owner') sends you an email that may start off with 'I like your design'. He then offers you a free shirt - this all seemed very suspicious to me and lo and behold - I'm not the first to receive an email like this. Be very wary of this.
T-Post is a scam. First, the owner sends you an email and offers you a "free" t-shirt, you have to pay for shipping only (I fell for it). Next month T-Post charges your credit card for 35 EUR, because you "subscribed". Of course, you CANNOT delete your credit card from the website or cancel subscription, they say you have to do it via email, but they do not reply to emails (I sent three). Avoid T-Post.
Love this brand!!
Once upon a time it was a good thing. But they dont have the finances and the deliveries under control. I paid 8 t-shirts to much and i didnt always get the t shirts. It was difficult to get the money back. And I'm still waiting for some t-shirts! I canceled it
