Ali in the paint section was just amazing, so hard explaining what I need in English and he just go everything and sorted everything for me, nothing was too much bother for him to fix. It's not the closest to me but I always take that extra trip to Upplands Väsby as everyone just seems so much more happy to help. German/Swedish joined up efficiency at its best :-)

I went to Bauhaus last weekend and received a very helpful service. Because I’m from Germany my Swedish isn’t too good yet and this one young Lady who helped me was German, too! Thank you very much for your help. I will definitely be coming back to your store!
Went to Bauhaus to buy some lamps and came out with a lot of ideas on how to create a better environment for me and my family at home. Thank you so much Adis S, for your advice and good ideas in helping to create a relaxing environment in my living room area, just by changing the lighting system. Your tips about floors and wallpapers were extremely helpful as well. Really good service, far beyond my expectations!
1. Huge collection of hardware related goods with excellent quality. 2. The prices are very economical compared to the Market prices. 3. The customer support is outstanding. 3.1 They are rightly staffed 3.2 The staff has very customer friendly attitude. They help you very well, even eager to help fetch things for you. Fixing hardware is sometimes very techincal so they help you with all the possible questions. 3.3 Everyone there can speak English and maybe more foriegn languages. 3.4 Huge parking space both back n front. 3.5 Easy to access. close to E4. Every Staff member is worth to be named in the list. I wish i could remember all their names. Last time i met with a guy called Sajjad. He was very helpful and helped me finding the förvärring/storage boxes top.
Let me be honest. This is a store I really like but a few things come to mind. The Inventory system seems to be broken beyond fixing. You might find things in stock on the webpage. But when you go to the shelf in the store it is missing. The staff will not be able to find it either (and to be honest, they are paid too little for you the have any expectations of them). After spending some time in the store you might find the missing items. As if somebody magically transfer things around. The parking lot is always half full. Even if the store is completely empty. The staff is indoctrinated into pushing their \kundklubb\ even if you are already a member. They supposedly get some kind of bonus out of this. This \kundklubb\ is more important to push than handling the sometime long queues. Also. Väsby. I feel sorry for the staff. I have never seen so many rude customers. The above features of the store might be explained by the abuse taken by the staff from the Väsby inhabitants. I always try to be extra friendly in this store.
I was at Bauhaus in Upplands Väsby to order luftvärmepumpen and its installation also and there was a personal named PONTUS who had a excellent attention and kind consideration about what I need. I appreciate him for his cooperation and Bauhaus to have such a nice personal.
