I visited the Audika Audionom Clinic last November 2019 by appointment. They have a very long waiting list for appointments. I had a meeting & personal examination with a Audionom specialist last November after waiting for almost 2 months. She was friendly, helpful & professional. I am scheduled for a final visit today, Tuesday, December 17, 2019, to get my hearing aids. But the appointment was CANCELLED because the Audionom is sick. I called up to have a New appointment and they have a VERY LONG WAITING LIST! I got an appointment first at the end of January 2020. Unacceptable way of treating patients! Getting ones hearing aids SHOULD BE PRIORITIZED! AUDIKA SHOULD HAVE BACK UP PERSONNELS! I reduce my review now from 5 to 3 stars!!!
