Very professional and kind service, I was expecting to be there longer, but they made the process flows quick and easy. They are well organized, and regarding the Covid19 situation, I saw they are managing well the situation and taking care of visitors and employees. Good job!

The staff disinform the clients. Sometimes it looks like they interpreted the laws as their point of view. Respect lost for people. They never open in time. And it doesn't work as Swedish institutions. It feels like a jungle with jungle laws. I have the worst experience ever from them.

The staff were extremely accomodating when I had an issue with my student visa and my Shengen was about to expire. Even when someone didn't know what to do, people put their heads together and came up with a solution. I really felt like people cared, and that I wasn't just another person in a queue.

I have been calling the contact center for two days continuously and no one picks up the call. And then went to migration agency and waited there from 9 to 12.30 for a simple question to be answered. Does this happen often or am i reaching a wrong queu?

Long long waiting. Reception changed so often and a lot of time was wasted there. One day I dropped in to leave my fingerprint and picture, after one hour waiting I was told I couldn’t. I needed to book time to do this. You used to be able to do this, I swear. One time, I was late two minutes than my booking time, the officer was like a step-mother face. But now I am waiting here 30 minuets, it’s already 15 minutes later than my booking, I am still in the quene.
