This is a very old (grounded in 1920) and specially Swedish type of gardening community. In the city of Uppsala inhabitants could rent plots (originally 56, now just 12) and raise simple small treehouses. As usual, the growing city expropriated 4/5th of the area, but the rest of the plots are still used for gardening. One can visit the garden between May-September on Sundays between 10-12 AM. Walk only on the path, dogs on leash please. The high fence, the massive entry door protecting the fruits of the gardeners work.
