Their customer service by phone is not up to modern standards. I've tried to call them about delays in my order of 2 weeks ago that has gone without any information. Nobody picks up and the line automatically disconnects after 2 minutes in the phone-que because ''there are many people calling right now''. I've tried to reach them 5 times during the last days. @lelles MC, perhaps consider an 'auto call back' function or extending the phone que until you get ahold of someone. Very frustrating to having to call 5 times and get disconnected every time.
