So I made a mistake and picked up the wrong cable. I thought I would be able to go back and exchange the cable no problem as the cable was fine the packaging was torn up but not impossible. They wouldn't do the exchange back. I spent 229kr on a 1 meter cable. That was my mistake. I should have just bought the cable online and I wouldn't have had this problem. In the age of digital music sales you'd think local stores would try just a little bit harder to keep local customers walking in through the door. I've spent nearly 20 thousand KR at this business over the past 6 months. I won't spend a penny more. I'm not so sure a little effort expended on the business side had to result in a loss of a customer. But I will tell everyone I know not to go here. Edit: I did not want my money back. I wanted to trade for the correct cable. I may be under a faulty assumption but I know that some music stores can send products back to the manufacturer to be repackaged. In which case they'd be out the shipping costs.
