I'm gonna go with a solid 4, even though I didn't have a 4/5 star experience. It's a very LITTLE rink, and on the day I was there (a public holiday) there was hardly room to turn. But if you were there under the right setting, I think it would be great. They have times separated for both sport skaters that want to play with puck&ball, and the restricted time where only skating is allowed. There's a little kiosk/cafe to warm up it, the rink doesn't feel as cold as Ritahallen, and it's super small-children friendly, provided that you go there during non-hockey equipment times.
