UPS Sweden Fraud - My partner sent his piano from Sweden to Australia and it was charged to my credit card. I authorised 3742 SEK which was the negotiated price and the amount on our invoice. I checked immediately after the charge and the amount on my card was correct. Later that day a further 1908SEK was charged to my card without our knowledge or authority. On trying to get it refunded, the same person who sent the first invoice, Marta Bolek, has stated that the invoice was for 5650 SEK and changed the invoice amount and resent it to me today. We of course have all the emails and original invoice stating that the amount was 3742 SEK and there are two separate transactions on my credit card. This is blatant fraud and I have taken it up with the Consumer agencies in both Australia and Sweden and with my bank

It is a shame! Look the picture below. UPS promised to deliver for me today between 09:00 and 13:00. 13:30 I called them and they promised that they would deliver by 19:00. I called them again at 18:30 and they promised that would deliver by 19:00. Now it is 23:15 and still waiting them. Isn’t it a joke? It was promised in the call, but UPS thinks that I’m what? Update on the day after: now they pushed to Wednesday and I was expected to receive on Monday between 09:00 and 13:00. It is even worse. Not delivering according to what they said from the beginning and now pushed 2 days after. What is going on UPS? I called them now to understand what is going on and they couldn’t give a reason and hang up the call. What should we say? Update 2020-12-08: UPS promised that they would deliver today, so the I called them to confirm. Now they told me that they lost my package. Isn’t it weird that they scanned my product on Monday morning and then suddenly they lost it? If it was scanned and on the way, where it is? See the scanned date in one of the pictures below. The worst part that I can open a claim. I have to call the company I bought to open the claim. Avoid using UPS!
I wrote to them on facebook and said I would like to pick it up myself, because I was too stressed I would not get it otherwise. No idea when the delivery might be and the drivers do not have a work phone they can use to call when they are delivering. Because of this, I arranged to pick it myself, even though it meant using 2 hours of my personal time. But that worked smoothly at least! Therefore, 3 stars. Have a nice day!
Consistently, worst in their delivery and customer support. Every time they lie that they came to deliver, setup a reschedule, then no updates for days. Eventually, we pick up our parcel which they are paid to deliver.
HIGH FEES for import psckeges vs DHL. Their admin fees in total are 250 SEK for expedition and “post mngmt» for the package value of 1500 SEK from iherb (US). DHL takes fixed 125 SEK. Support? No chance to call or get help via email, only standard replies or “please, wait”. That was my first and last experience with UPS.. Thank you
DO NOT USE UPS!!! Yesterday they failed to deliver because they had too many parcels! Today you failed to deliver again because your driver doesn't have a company phone and you blamed that the receiver is not available! seriously???
The worst sending company it is, u somehow have to register or somehow to add ur information for them to deliver. They do not get information from the company you purchased goods from, tis the only company in the industry that does this and also do not say anything about it. They also delivered it to a acess point much further away from me when they couldnt deliver. And when I went there my package was not even there its in limbo. I used them like 5-10 times same shiiit everytime, if they are your only options i suggest u call their customer service and ask them everything they need to contact you since otherwise they just wont deliver.
