Good place. Good food. Only high chairs but that's OK. I just wanted to lean back a bit but couldn't. Not to crowded the hour before usual dinner time, then it gets busy and loud. Still, staff handled it great and waiting time wasn't too bad.

The food is really good. The service is not good, it took over 15-20 minutes to just make the order with one couple in front of us who had already ordered. I think this is an issue for most vapianos but it’s great all around.

When it comes to the details so I am not satisfied! This Italian concept goes into fast food quality and they are not doing the italian speciality in their meals. I feel the ingredients quality and specially when you order sauce to your salad or pizzas. The coffee is a worldwide brand but unfortunately the staff have no experience how to serve the Espresso. We paid more because they had error in the card reading system and we have to wait more if we want to get the money back... This place have a fantastic location and we will keep coming here but we hope they will enhance the service quality soon.

I didn't like visiting here because I had to wait 20 minutes in line to place an order for food (which would take another 15-30 minutes to prepare) at off peak times. The food is good though if you're not fond of spices and the ambience is beautiful and comfortable. The service personnel are also really friendly and the ordering/payment process is good too. Pricewise, it's just a little bit above regular Stockholm prices but not so much to break the bank.
