At first they were really friendly and everything seemed to be good. We gave a jacket and a pair of pants to clean. When we picked them up there was no comment about how it went, if it wa successful or not so we paid and expected it to be fine. Home we saw that my jacket got way lighter in color than it was before (didn't get a heads up for that when I brought my jacket for cleaning) and the stain on the pants was still there, but the pants also were lighter so now you see the stain even more. When we returned the day efter the tone we were spoken to was not very friendly or understanding. We totally understand that it does not always work but not saying anything when we picked the clothes up, making the clothes miss-colored without any explenation AND wanting money for that without any try to excuse or make us feel heard as customers makes me not want to go back there and give them any of my clothes. Very disappointed in the customer service at this place.

Tyvärr väldigt slarvig och oproffsig personal
Förstörde min hela nya kostym i 100% silke här. Rekommenderade vattentätt som jag accepterade vilket jag inser va dumt. Halva kostymen krympte. Låg kompetens på tygkvalitet och hantering. Skriv inte på nåt här vid inlämning så slipper ni stå med en halv kostym.
En handfull besök och aldrig några problem; de gör det de ska, med ett trevligt bemötande.
