No baby change on board the ferry at all? the company are very happy to charge babies but can't provide a basic facility

Customer service does not exist at all! No response for emails, phones, messages. Highly do not recommend this company....
They did not actually book me a space on the ferry. They took my money and then I just had to sit and hope that somebody didn't show up for their reservation so that I could get onto the ferry. Absolutely terrible service,should bot be allowed to trade.
sent email more than 10 times, no respond what so ever. I booked a ticket but denied boarding .

Booked my trip via Direct Ferries, had emergency change of plans, I could not contact them for month to change my return booking for one week later. Bookings are not possible to change online if you travel with pet. Contacted Irish Ferry directly but they could not assist due to tickets were purchased via Direct Ferries. Avoid very poor service. I have used Direct Ferries for years before but if you need some adjustment to make this will be a nightmare.
i have used direct ferries for the last five years.i have always put great reviews but today it all changed! i tried to book an earlier ferry from Brindisi as i had arrived early, direct ferries quoted me twice what i had originally paid - guess what, I asked my daughter to book the new ferry on her laptop and blow me down - it was half the price i had been quoted as a "loyal customer" sod that.. i would advise using any other ferry portal in future just NOT this rip off lot.
