They have no physical menu or service. Everything revolves around their mobile app which i had multiple difficulties with. When asking for help the staff don't know what to do and only ask you to use the app. The food is kinda mediocre, nothing special. The restaurant's circus décor and drinks are the only good things about the place. I honestly can't recommend this place with a good conscience.

It's definitely an experience, you order everything by an app and pick it up by yourself, it's a little pricey and the food it's honestly not delicious (it's not bad tho, but you could expect a little more quality) presentation is very good tho.
Pinchos is food, but that pinchos did not have epic toilet and otherwise nornal pinchos fooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooood Meh, i think good Dont be hungry tho Foooooood many expence for foood amount When you step inside you feel like you eat cat with extra sugar and icecream, i find it to be better than an orgasm.
Interesting concept with completely electronic menu and ordering. Wide choice and good food.
First time there we were shown to our table with no information. We were a bit confused when the personnel came with a code on a piece of paper. We weren't aware of the particular set up of Pinchos, that it is an app using restaurant, and we weren't asked upon arrival "have you been to Pinchos before?". Which is standard in places that has a different set up compared to bog standard restaurants. In addition, there were very few vegetarian options but the range in cocktails were good. Food was overall nice and satisfying but it is easy to overspend at Pinchos! Definitely worth a visit.
Cool restaurant idea where you order via app and fetch the food for yourself. They have a nice range of foods, even plenty vegan options. Chicken is godlike in this place though
McDonald's for tapas. Firstly, the atmosphere was hectic, they were pumping really loud music like if it was a night club. The service was, of course, nonexistent because you order through the app and you have to get up and fetch your own food. Think McDonald's. I was expecting this, of course, it's their business model, a gimmick I'm not very fond of, however. The brief chats with the waitresses didn't make the overall experience better though. Not very service minded. The food was mediocre at best, we could easily deduce what ready-made products they were using, for example, the enchiladas were just, I'm pretty sure of this, sweet chili sauce and pre-cut cheese directly from the bag. It also looked like the food had been taken directly from the fridge to the microwave, very soggy. Sauces came in tiny plastic cups and didn't taste much and the salad looked terrible sad. If you're looking for a good night's dining out, look somewhere else. Might be fun for kids though!
Great food, bit expensive but a definite 5 stars from me!
